We at ANTICA HOME want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience for this reason we have a “change of mind” policy which offers an exchange or credit note on your purchase, as long as it is
- Within 7 days of original purchase date
- returned in original condition – unworn, unsoiled, with tags attached, unlaundered and unperfumed.
- Proof of purchase supplied by physical receipt.
You are welcome to exchange your item for another in store, any difference in costs to be borne by customer or Antica Home via credit note for redemption.
Please note, as we have a rapid turnover of stock, it is not always possible to replace like for like due to unavailability.
If you can’t find the right piece to exchange to, then you are welcome to exchange your item for a store Credit Note to same value at time of purchase. Any discount issued at time of purchase will be reflected in the credit note.
We encourage customers to redeem their credit notes within 30 days of issue.
Whilst we are not obliged to offer a refund for “change of mind”, your satisfaction is important to us. Refund requests must be assessed and approved by Store Management.
You may choose a refund if item has a Major Problem . This is where the item,
- Has a problem that would prevent someone from buying them had they known about it
- Or, is significantly different from description.
Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will arrange for professional repairs to be made in a timely manner. Item must be brought back in store for physical review and approval by store management.
We will not reimburse alterations or repairs from a third party made without Management approval.
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment only. Any discount issued at time of purchase will be reflected in the refund.
